So often we hear horror stories of costs for renovations running away leaving the client with an unexpected bill or a project that is not completed as the costs have spiralled beyond their acceptable budget. We set our quotes out from the start and break our fee down into stages that are triggered as the project goes along. You never have to then worry about secret hidden charges. If you decide you want to alter your original specification (because these things can happen) we will discuss the changes with you, where it looks like the change will provide a significant cost due to the scope change we will provide you with a quote for the alterations, the quote gives you chance to decide whether the additional cost for the change of scope is affordable before works are carried out.
